Our commitment

City Post Express aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Those guidelines define how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

Measures we take

• All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard.
• Images include descriptive alternative text where the image carries meaning; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Colour contrast meets the WCAG AA minimum ratios for body text and UI components.
• Headings are used in a logical, hierarchical order so screen-reader users can navigate by landmark and heading.
• Forms have associated labels and clear error messaging.
• We respect the prefers-reduced-motion user setting and turn off non-essential animation when it is set.

Known limitations

Some older blog content migrated from previous versions of the site may contain HTML we have not yet audited for accessibility. We're working through it. If you find an issue, please tell us so we can prioritise it.

Reporting an issue

If you run into any barrier using this site — a form you can't complete, content that doesn't read well with a screen reader, anything else — please email info@citypostexpress.com with the page URL and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
