Bookings are confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of any deposit or payment terms specified. The final invoice may vary from the quote if the shipment characteristics (weight, volume, destination requirements, or included services) change between quoting and collection. 6. Payment

Payment terms are set out on each invoice. All charges are payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold release of a shipment, or to delay collection or delivery, where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date. Overdue balances may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs permitted by applicable law.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of your shipment are permitted for international carriage and importation into the destination country. We do not accept, and we reserve the right to refuse, hold, or dispose of, any shipment containing prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or dangerous goods, including but not limited to: firearms and ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, illicit substances, counterfeit goods, live animals and plants, perishable food, currency and negotiable instruments, and any item restricted by the laws of the origin or destination country. 8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State in which City Post Express is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of that State will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
