Yes. Every shipment moves with live tracking end-to-end. You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected and picked up by the carrier,. If a parcel hits a customs query or a delivery exception, our coordinator sees it first and steps in before it becomes your problem.

We pick up as standard — from any address in the contiguous US, whether it's a home, office, or warehouse. You do not need to haul your boxes to a depot. If you'd prefer to drop off at a partner location, we can arrange that too, but the default promise is door-to-door.

Insurance is available on every shipment. Standard included cover varies by carrier lane. For higher-value items, we arrange declared-value cover up to the replacement cost of your contents. We'll recommend the right level when we quote — especially for electronics, sentimental items, or anything fragile.

US to Canada: 3–7 business days. US to Ireland, the UK, or the EU: 5–10 business days on standard international service, or 3–5 days via DHL Express / UPS Expedited for urgent shipments. US to Australia or New Zealand: 7–14 business days. We'll give you a firm transit estimate on the quote.
